I'm curious to hear about your user experience between Apple and Samsung. I started with Android, and at one point tried to switch to Apple, but found the user experience incredibly narrow and not nearly as customizable. I paid the restocking fee of the iPhone 6 and went back to the Galaxy (S6 at that time). I've theorized that this is a DNA-level issue, how we're wired, which leads us to prefer one UI over the other. It's not about ease of use, you can watch a toddler (or a chimpanzee) navigate an iPad and clearly see that there is no easier UI to navigate.
But... When it comes to a user experience that is more customizable, especially from phone to phone when you upgrade, the Samsung can't be beat.
As a side note, I left Samsung after my S9 to try the Pixel. Some love it, but I can't see how (really? Omni search widget is permanently parked at the bottom of your home screen?!). After knowing the Samsung, and trying the Pixel, there's no comparison...at least for me. The S23 is easily the best phone I've ever owned.
Curious to know if there's anyone else out there as persnickety as I am about my phone that has tried iPhone and others, please share your thoughts and comparison of non-Samsung phones....
Let's hear from you!
