Can "from your apps" be disabled? (popup every time google search is used)

I hate this thing so much, every single time I search something I press the first letter then this pop up always interrupts me typing in what I was searching for and have to close it. Is there a way to disable this? All i could find online was about disabling personal results which I did and had no effect.
