Anyone else's Play Store updates broken after updating to 10?

Updated to 10, thought I'd check the Play Store for updated apps. 12 apps pending, showing "Download Pending". Have done for the past hour. Have tried clearing device cache, clearing Play Store cache, Services cache, etc. All downloads still stuck Pending.
