Hi, I came from an iPhone and I am really struggling with messaging on Android. I have kids and my wife always sends me pictures and videos of the kids and on my iPhone they came over very clear with no issues but now when she sends anything to me it either doesn't go through or the quality is so bad I can't even see it. I know that imessage is different and really not SMS or MMS and understand that carriers have MMS size limits but this is horrible and honestly making me want to switch back to Apple. Is there anything that can be done to make this better? I can't convince all my family and friends on Apple to download a new app to send me pictures and videos. Any suggestions or help that you can give me? Thanks so much!
