Care Plus on Sprint SKUd Fold2

I've been trying to get Care added to my sprint sku'd fold2 for weeks now. Everytime I try to sign up on the site, it says I have a non-us IMEI. I called and they said this is a known issue and to just wait. Its been quite a long time now, and was wondering if anyone had any other ideas?
