Hey peeps, so as an IT technician Ive seen a LOT of Samsung phones get screen burn, they seem almost guaranteed to get it if you ever leave the screen on for more than a few minutes on any given static image, eventually doing so will cause it.
As such any Samsung phone Ive had I have kept the auto timeout on 1 minute and never left it on static images etc, Ive managed to avoid it on personal devices minus one time where my note 8 needed a warranty replacement.
I'm wondering if the folding display is the same way? I mean it's still a Samsung OLED so I suppose so, but they advertise a lot of stuff that requires you to leave it on a static frame, perfect example being YouTube when you prop it up half way, what if I'm watching a 1 hour video this way? Those comments are absolutely gonna cause screen burn...
Has anyone heard any reports or anything? I want to use this device to it's fullest but I don't want to have to warranty claim yet another Samsung device after a month...
