Not one to post usually but thought I would give a good story instead of a bad one

I've had my Fold 4 for 1 year and 5 months. Only issue I've had was the screen protector going out which was replaced for free no issue a few months ago. Now I'm having a charging issue with the USB port. I called samsung care, told them my issue and they approved a replacement phone within 10 minutes, if that. Had no issue and phone should he here Monday. Was pretty impressed with the service.

Hopefully the replacement phone is in good shape. I'm worried about a refurbished phone not working well but guess we shall see on that part. Ill update this once it gets in.
