I've always been a standard Galaxy S user (the smallest version). I've owned probably 8 iterations since starting with the S1. Tbh nothing beats the S10 with that beautiful curved display. After the S22, I went with the Fold 5. After owning this device for about 10 months now, the biggest benefits to me were viewing/sharing photos and browsing the internet with the large screen. However, the one downside is always the thickness and weight of the phone when I have to put it in my pocket.
I'm considering trading this in for the base S25 when it comes out. Have any of you went back to a regular S from a Fold and if so, please share either why you're happy you did so, or your regrets doing so lol. One downside I can think of is that trade in value will be trash and I'll have wasted a lot of money haha.
I had a fold 3 for two years and also got tired of the weight and size, but couldnt let go the foldable life. I went with a Z Flip 5 and also purchased a Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and havent looked back. The flip is so small and easy to take places, best phone for portability IMO, then an actual tablet for productivity and media consumption. Best of both worlds.
