People have higher risk of breaking their phones since the phone is so fragile compared to a slab phone.
So why people keep going back to the fold?
For me, I had the z fold 4 but sold it after a few weeks since I felt like it was incomplete and needed some more work.
Main gripes I had with my z fold 4 was:
-being too thick especially since the phone didn’t close flat - battery life was abysmal - screen is too narrow especially with my big hands - cases sucked since the case for the front screen, felt flimsy. - apps weren’t optimised (this was 2 years ago)
Pros:
- it’s a foldable phone and it’s cool
- multitasking is excellent
- Samsung software is better imo
- better customer support compared to other android counterparts.
I still look at the potential of the foldables since I like the technology and am looking forward to what the z fold 6 brings.
