Samsung care plus warranty has got to be the biggest joke of any smartphone warranty plan. I paid the service fee and sent my phone into them in November. They sent it back with damage. I called in and after about a week of arguing, they decided to come good on the damage that was caused. Another week or two goes by and I get a phone call explaining that I actually have to pay the fee. I escalated it further and they sent the phone back after about a month of talking without even telling me. This past month has been spent arguing with them on why it is unacceptable for them to damage my device before sending it back. Their solution, they called yesterday to inform me they would make a generous 1 time exception to fix the damage, due to them dragging this out of my warranty period (Ended December). The catch, I would still have to pay the service fee for their damage to the phone. I've been out of a modern cell phone since November. It's costing me money as I need this phone to get a lower insurance premium using an app that only works on Android 11 . This whole ordeal has been an absolute joke and it makes me regret spending so much on a flagship phone with the warranty.
