Right ear fit problem

got the buds2 pro recently - my left ear fits perfectly but right year seems loose. I tried all 3 types of fitting and still the same. Feels loose when I am running with them. anyone else with similar issue with one ear fitting problem only ?
potential fix ??? TIA
