Just did my first TRX upper body work out from the app. Well done to the developers 👍
I bought a knock off set a while back. I'm happy with the set up.
Had to do a hotel room work out. Their gym access hours are aweful. And tried to get into a local gym also but only one offered 24hr access but it was only staffed 10 to 6. So I couldnt get in for an access card and to sign up. I'm going to be in the hotel for a month.
Thanks again to the Gains AI crew for knocking it out of the park.
