Upgrade form iphone 13 pro to 16 pro or battery replacement

Hi All, I am planning to get iphone 16 pro from dubai for around 99k. I am getting resale value of 14pro around 36k on cashify.
I have checked 16pro and could not find any noticeable differences in hand. (I know specs are better) My current battery is 80 pc, please suggest if I should upgrade to 16 pro or get battery replaced in india, how much would cost ? Will be there be sign off fixing iphone which may create issue during resale.
Please suggest. PS: iPhone 15 pro price is also close to 16pro.
