Question for folks more versed in legalities here than I am. Is Bertolino BL's lawyer or just the parents' lawyer? If he is just representing the parents and not BL does he have any legal obligation to cooperate with the FBI if he knows where BL is? Where is the line drawn between lawyer/client privilege and impeding an investigation? And I guess if he's not under oath he can just decline to answer, correct?
