I got into lifting via the PPL program. I realize that my glutes are particularly underdeveloped, so I figured I should add glute stuff, but the routine I found has 5 additional exercises, making leg day a lot to take on.
The additional exercises are kickbacks, abduction, hip thrusts, thigh squeeze, and lunges. In terms of glutework with the PPL routune, I'm doing barbell squats and Romanian deadlifts, so I'm not sure whether it's necessary for me to be doing all this on top.
Should I carry on as is or modify this? I'm mostly asking to see how I can make leg day more manageable.
