Post Body
i’ve recently just started going to the gym, and i’ve found that there is a quite severe imbalance between my right and left side. i’m still not quite sure as to if this was from me fracturing my arm ~1yr back and it is just a side effect of that. if so i was wondering what i can do to fix it (frame of reference, i can rep 12.5kg dumbbells on chest press on my right side, but struggle to do 7.5kg on my left. any advice would be greatly appreciated :)
