Hey guys how you all tonight? Over quarantine I picked up some of those adjustable dumbbells from bowflex and did the 6 week challenge. It got to a point where I wanted to be in a gym and not by myself incase I got hurt lol. What apps or plans do you use. Currently I'm back/biceps and Monday, triceps and back on Wednesday and legs and shoulders on friday with cardio in between. The guys at supplement superstore told me 1stphorm has an app and they give workouts. Just saw some of the workouts and I'm not a fan. Pretty sure club fitness does not have a sledge hammer and a tire. What do you guys use?
