[QUESTION] Slight ache in my lateral tricep head in decline of Strict press

16 year old here. Been training for a few years. Was recently doing a 100kg bench and afterwards felt a tinge in the back of my arm, just above the elbow. Doing strict press sets today and it comes back. Pressing the weight up is fine, but on the way down there’s a feeling that it’s tight and having a slight pull on my lateral tricep head. Any ideas on how to stretch it better? I don’t want to injure myself or hurt myself any worse.
