Hey guys, so I wanna start gyming, and i have no idea what to do, my goal is to burn my body fat and get lean, i wanna eliminate my belly fat. My gym has all the basic equipment you can find in any gym. I just dont know what to do with them, so can anyone tell me some exercises to help with my goal, just name them and ill find videos of them on youtube, and just guide me a little at what i need to do. I ALSO have ZERO strength, i can barely hold a plank for long which means i cant do a single push up, if someone can tell me some excercises to build strength to do pushups and pullups and also squats.
