I've been doing 3x full body workouts a week for the last year which I have really seen huge gains from given I'm getting 3x growth periods per week (I have a full day rest between each one). Recently though due to circumstances not relevant to the post I no longer have time to do this. However I do work literally almost next door to my gym. I've started going in on my dinner hour which is fine I can fit in a good 40/50 minute workout in every day but.. I am really at a loss what splits to do in this time. Given I don't have much time but I can go daily I've been doing bro splits you know chest monday/legs/back/ etc etc but I'm only then getting 1x growth period a week and by the end of the week I feel the body part I trained first needs doing again but I still haven't got round my entire body parts yet! Does anyone have any suggestions? What would your split look like if you only had 40 minutes a day but 5 days one after each other?
