My four kids, I know that’s a cliche answer… but my oldest is super into sports and loves the gym. I’ve now gotten my 12 year old daughter in there with us now too. It’s also very good for my mental health.

I don’t really have a lack of energy! I have 4 kids, they are more exhausting than any deficit! And I don’t like them as much as my AirPods because they make my head hurt with my glasses! I was so bummed because they are great otherwise.
Haha, I was pretty tiny when I was 8 months pregnant. I have a very long torso, so I never looked pregnant until I was about to pop. 🤣
I’ve stuck consistently to a push, pull, leg schedule. Push day I do chest, shoulders and triceps, pull I do back and biceps and legs are legs! I also hit abs daily!
