Hello! So I started working out April 2023. I am 25 years old, female. I weighed 176ish lbs on the left and 173lbs on the right, not much of a difference in the scale. The picture on the left is from March 2024. The picture on the right is from a few days ago (October 2024). Therefore, itโs been 7 months in between these pictures. I do remember not feeling satisfied with my stomach but I thought I was leaner bc I had been hitting the gym for almost a year at that point. Maybe I was bulking!? I do remember chugging tons of protein powder with oatmeal lol. I am just shocked because I didnโt expect such a huge difference in my size and waist!!! If I didnโt have these pictures I honestly would have not been feeling the progress. I thought I had plateaued!!
I go 3x-4x to the gym on a weekly basis. I do 2x upper body days, 1 hamstring/quads day, and 1 glutes day. I always walk for at least 20-30 minutes after lifting, even on days off. I recently stopped using protein powder and I think thatโs what helped me look slimmer too. Iโve been focusing more on eating Whole Foods, doing low intensity cardio and drinking water and creatine. I am shook yall. Shook.

Haha Iโll take that as a compliment! If you want a body part to look good you have to murder that muscle group, am I right?๐ and thanks I most def do. Glute days are bad far the most draining but it has to be done. Upper body days are my fav. Thank u
Ive been doing that for like a month or so now because an entire leg day for quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves was just draining me!๐ ๐คฃ I was not loving it . But now that split is working out well for me!

I was scrolling through my pictures from a few months ago and wanted to compare for fun but my jaw literally dropped. I just donโt know why it took so long to lose fat in that spot๐ฅฒ and thank you very much ๐
Definitely!! Itโs just cool to see the fat melt, especially from my stomach. So, other muscle groups absorb it then right?
In actuality, when someone takes creatine they only retain like 3-5 lbs of water weight
