Itβs small progress but 10 months, wow. I have always been the skinny kid and had to break that mentality. I know genetically my father started to gain muscle around my age. Only use dumbbells and track my eating (eating as much as I can thatβs healthy and for pleasure with my allergies) The goal is 160-5 by December and seems doable with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up.
As for workouts, like I said I only have weight adjustment dumbbells until I join an actual gym. My schedule is this PPL, Full Body. (Push/Monday, Pull/Tuesday, Rest/Wednesday, Legs/Thursday, Full Body/ Friday, Rest/Weekends). The weights are about 30-35. 35 is my heaviest so I can focus on form as I increase the weight. I do 3 different kind of Pushups til 50 each, everyday except weekends and for abs I do standing ab exercises to get more cardio in or I do standard ab exercises along with a 2 minute plank.
