I have stayed at a strict deficit, but not been super hardcore about eating super clean. I do tend to make sure I get protein before anything else. I do not drink any alcohol at all. I just started liking Dr Pepper zero, but would drink like a soda a day still before I got into those. I do workout a minimum 6 days a week. I know our bodies need rest, but I like to go for my mental health!
Yes! I prioritize protein over everything else first. I am not great at eating enough in general!

Most of it was in the booty I think, my torso is so long that it hides the weight pretty well haha!! And my kids honestly. I was in a bad place, drinking a lot and felt like crap. I quit drinking 11 months ago then started at the gym 7 months ago!
