New to lifting I signed up for junior powerlifting and I know my form is shit on deadlift and was wondering the main thing I should improve on.

This is worse form than I usually do I was just hyped bc this is a pr for me so I kinda just went into it with bad form because I wasn’t thinking about it and was more thinking about just getting the weight up.

i don't think your form is shit, but you could focus on bringing your butt down at the start of the exercise and trying to use more of your quads. right now it looks like you're using mostly hamstrings and back in more of a stiff-leg sort of deadlift.

it's really hard to explain thru the internet about how to do the lat activation, it's more than just bringing your shoulders down. but yeah, that's also a pretty important good deadlift form
