30M 175cm height and 58kg weight. I know im underweight. And atm im unemployed and im from a third world country. I do take my gymming seriously but i hardly see the results. Ive been gymming for a year now, but im still at the body weight 58kg i was year ago, even in 2018 i was weight 58kg, so still after 5years I haven't gain a single body weight. I have a higher metabolism, i can eat a lot, but being from a third world country my all 3meals are white rice and curry, and rice is the main meal here. But when i see fitness videos and advice in YT all i see they are telling to eat high calories meal. But guess what the foods they recommended are super expensive in my country as it is not a first world western country. I mean eating beef or pasta or cereals milk yogurt are super expensive foods here. Only food i can afford is eggs but even its kind an expensive. Im suprised when they tell to eat those food 6 times a day, like eating a peanut butter in week, a peanut butter costs like 1/3 of sallary here.
What i wanna knows is are all these mentioned foods affordable to average or low income people in USA? Are all these normal foods in western? And i would like to know how you afford these foods? What you guys do for living? Im asking i wanna know is it affordable as they show in YT to eat like 3500 calories in a day?
