I'm skinny right now and I know I have to better my shit diet in order to gain weight. At the same time I also know that working out increase muscles which also increases weight but food plays a heavier factor. Should I eat first and gain weight (I don't know how to cook and I'm really procrastinating on it so I feel it's gonna take a while) or should I go to the gym to workout, continue with my diet but also learn to cook better foods as time goes on? If anything I said makes little sense please let me know as I probably worded it wrong
