I have poor ankle mobility so wearing actually weightlifting shoes helps me with depth, flats are great for things like deads but saying one shoe is βbetter for gymβ is very vague
I have awful shoulder mobility π it has taken me ages to get to this point!

A couple of people have said this but I usually have very poor shoulder mobility! Its just practice over time and some banded stretches that have allowed me to bring my grip closer :)

Bare in mind this isnt a max double! This is maybe an RPE6 which would put me around 130kg single If we were looking at MAX double vs single it would probably be about 120ish so youβd be correct :)
