Kind of amazed at this one but here it goes: I've been following the PPL from r/fitness for a few months and somehow I got the idea that leg press meant the leg extension machine which is what ive been doing all this time. Pretty funny beginner moment to say the least.
I actually enjoy that machine and am wondering if I should swap over to a press. I already do squats (3x5). I'm a pretty skinny guy and my legs in general seem resistant to change the most out of anywhere on my body, so will the press produce better results?
