need some advice

I came across a 2005 gx470 with 174k miles on marketplace for $5500. the body is in okay condition some dings scratches on the bumpers and part of the hood is peeling. thats all i know for now. the leather on the interior seems in better condition I would probably get bigger wheels and change the bumpers.
worth it or nah?
