Note I: This is part one of a three part series. The second part will be called "Hard to Plead" and the third part will be called "Hard to Think". Both the speaker and the listener are switches, it just takes them a few encounters to figure that out. I'll let you imagine what the titles imply.

Note II: This is my fourth script and while I haven't had the time to write these past two months, I finally had time to write a little and I'm quite happy at how it turned out. I don't know if my scripts are getting too long, though.

Summary: Your teacher has assigned you and your rival to the same project and tensions are running high— you just never expected them to be of the sexual kind. Now you’re locked in the library together and the puzzle pieces are starting to align.

Context:

“This is your fucking fault, sweetheart.”

You’ve been rivals for so long you don’t even remember what a peaceful life feels like. Everything she can do, you can do better. Everything you can do, she can do better. No matter how irrational it may sound, you’d rather tear out your left kidney with a fucking spork than admit that she bested you at anything.

To no one’s surprise, she feels the exact same way.

However, according to your classmates, the two of you have been driving everyone crazy for months.

“Just fuck it out,” your best friend once said.

(Wise words.)

Easier said than done. She’s the bane of your existence. Her mere presence is enough to make your blood boil and your every breath is her own personal circle of hell. Every interaction is a competition and you’re both ridiculously sore losers.

Why your teacher decided to assign the two of you to the same project, you’ll never understand.

And now you’re locked in the library with her.

You’re annoyed, she’s irritated. You can’t focus, she’s distracted. You’re tired, but she isn’t. You’re not actually tired and she’s such a filthy liar she’s about to pull another Library of Alexandria. She’s really starting to piss you off and the only thing you want is to get back to your dorm with your sanity intact.

Who would have thought you’d find such a simple way to shut her up?
