This one I pretty much wrote for myself. I always get confused when counting up my own crunches, so this method seems like a great idea. I plan to write and maybe even record other workout motivational audios, but I want them to be filled by as many and as diverse a people possible, because it'd be great not to listen to my own or even the same voice while doing crunches, for example.
If you want, you can improvise away while recording the script, it's only important that the initial instructions on how to make the crunches right is in, and the counting is right.
Keep a pause of maybe 5 seconds 3 seconds (after doing my crunches today, 3 seconds are enough, I guess) in between the numbers, so that it's possible to do a full crunch when listening to the audio.

Shoutout to u/QueenLethe who did a lot of excercise files back in the day, that helped me a lot keeping at it the last few month and also gave me the idea to write my own.
Please leave me a comment if you fill this script. : Change wording how you feel comfortable, if you want to monetize it somewhere like with youtube ads that's ok but don't put it behind a paywall, and if you use the script please comment and post your audio with a link to the reddit post where you found it. Oh, yeah and credit me for the script, lol.
