I love horror films, especially the tried-and-true "slasher film" subgenre. And like any other horror hound, I've often thought about making my own film.
This is the story of two people who set out to do just that. The director (VA) knows what she wants, but she's a little shy in asking for it. The writer (listener) is initially too caught up in the fandom to pick up some obvious signs.
But once she asks him to star in their newest film rather than just helping produce, she can't help but make her feelings known.
This script does not contain any actual "horror" content, but does include horror film references.
A choice I made for the VA in this script is that she never actually swears. I think it works for this particular character's shyness.
