Hi Everyone
So, I haven't been writing scripts for very long and I'm trying to improve - like everyone, getting comments or suggestions for improvements for your scripts on the posts is a very hit or miss situation - sometimes there are a lot of upvotes, but no comments, sometimes a "please fill" comment (thank you for that, I hope it happens too!), with the rare golden child giving an honest opinion - so I've been going off on the Reddit Post Insights to get an idea on how well a script has been received.
Problem is, no one seems to know how those totals are counted, whether it's clicking on the post, or it just appearing in someone's feed. I googled, and couldn't find an answer. Anyway, I thought I'd ask, do you think using the Reddits' post insights are an accurate barometer to judge a script, or do you simply go off upvotes or comments?
I will say, I'm not going to stop writing- one of my new year goals was to write over 100 scripts this year, and I'm already up to 16. But I don't want to churn out trash - I want to make something that people will enjoy.
