Umm… excuse me… I couldn’t help but notice that you come into this coffee shop every day. Right after I do. You end up in line right behind me. You order a grande latte, and always put a generous tip in the tip jar. Then you take your coffee and sit down with your laptop and drink your coffee and do whatever you do for an hour.

Are you stalking me or something? You can tell me, because I won’t be mad… I… I just need to know.

Don’t you find me kind of attractive? At all? Especially after I started spending so much time every morning getting ready? I had to get up an hour early each morning just to get my hair and makeup just right. And to pick out the right outfit.

And then I’d get here. Sometimes you’d be a little late, so I had to wait until you got here, just so I could be ahead of you in the line. That way, that could be working on our drinks at the same time, and maybe the barista would put them up on the counter at the same time, so I could accidentally brush up against you, and go “Excuse me” in a shy way.

I wrote this several years ago. It's pretty short especially for me, and there's actually zero sexual content. So I'm not sure if it even belongs here. Definitely probably wouldn't belong on the normal audio forums that I frequent. But I thought I'd post it here and see if people could suggest a place where this might be appropriate to post.

Mods, obviously feel free to delete this if being this non-erotic goes against the rules, as I suspect it might. Maybe Pillow Talk Audio? Although this isn't pillow talk. I thought about tacking a sex scene onto the end, but that didn't feel right. I kind of like it just the way it is.

Any thoughts on where this might find a good home, above and beyond if it's allowed here would be welcome, or of course on the script itself. Thanks!
