Any tips to avoid discouraging VAs from performing your scripts when it comes to multiple fills?
Post Body

Through a bit of lurking around the community, I've seen multiple performers talking about how they sometimes end up finding scripts they would like to or are considering filling, but put off by the fact that it's already been filled.

I've had multiple fills for two of the scripts I've written, and every single one- no matter who's doing the performing- gives me a fuzzy feeling inside, because I'm so amazed that one person liked my script enough to go to the effort of recording it, let alone more than one. And it's beautiful to see each VA's unique performance- their voice, personality, and interpretation is so exciting to hear. I welcome as many fills as possible and I'd hate to end up doing something to put someone off.

Does anyone have any tips on how to ensure I'm not making VAs feel uncomfortable when it comes to this kinda stuff?

Edit: Thank you so much for everyone's well-written responses. It's been nice to hear from so many perspectives from writers and VAs alike, and it's definitely given me a new and improved outlook. And thanks for the tips!
