Hello all!
This script will likely be the first of a series. I don’t have a precise idea of how many scripts will be involved, but it will probably contain at least three parts, if not more!
And many, many thanks to my very gracious listener (you know who you are) for helping me with the Greek terms here!
Synopsis: The speaker is a university lecturer/professor at a prestigious men’s university – the setting being historical, somewhere in the 18th century. The listener is a young woman of noble birth. She makes the decision to disguise herself as a boy to attend the speaker/professor’s lectures, which she would otherwise be barred from. He astutely catches on, and initially threatens to eject her from his class and the university if she will not withdraw herself. However, feeling sympathetic for her, he gives her the option of continuing her education at the university, so long as she remains obedient to him and his rules.
