good morning, good afternoon and good evening everyone!

i’m marcy [edit!: he/him] and it’s a pleasure to meet all of you. i’ve consumed GWA content for several years now at this point, but I’ve never made so much as a peep on the main subreddit or on this one until today because I have been deathly shy (and dare I say, ashamed) about leaving any kind of public mark indicating just how much time i spend reading, listening, and indulging in GWA. so, my goal is to kind of break out of my shell, exercise my creative muscles, and finally interact with the community in a meaningful way after years of being a lurker.

I have a background in writing creatively from a long time ago, and I enjoy collaborative writing in the form of ERP once in a blue moon, but I have otherwise never made anything like an erotica script for the intention of being read by someone. currently giddy with nervousness and excitement about posting on here for the first time and because I spent most of last night writing my first script and I’m eager to get some feedback from the veterans here once it’s finished!

I’m a little anxious but I am very happy to have finally worked up the courage to say something in this community—I noticed some time ago that many of my favorite scripts are written consistently by the same 2-3 masterful authors, but the content and themes of those scripts vary so wildly; I’d be so privileged to interact with those writers one day should they be active in the guild. you all are true artists—scripts and their writers are a vital half of GWA and I really appreciate the work you folks have done to crafting these experiences. the reason why I’ve stuck to GWA content for so long is that I feel the format really does allow artistic expression to shine and the passion of the work feels very tangible; from the written side to the vocal.

in short—I’m really excited to take a step into this community and I can’t wait to share what I have with all of you and get to know everyone here better! I hope I can continue to improve my writing skills and contribute to this wonderful canon of erotica in due time.
