Hey everyone! I need your help editing down my script for a sports commentary for a Quidditch match between America and Japan. I've been listening to the HP audiobooks lately and realized that the commentary of Quidditch Matches is just really fun to listen to on their own, so I started scribbling out a match between the US and Japan just for fun.
Originally, I didn't really expect anyone to actually perform it. It was just something I was playing around with. But then I shared the idea on a server I'm a part of and.... a voice actor expressed interest in recording it.
Unfortunately, it was already quite long by this point and wound up being 6,000 words long by the time I finished it, which would result in 60 minutes of audio. That's way too long. Last night I managed to cut it down to 4,938 words, but that's still massive. I need to trim it down further to around 4,500 words so that the audio will be around 45 minutes long. That's still a pretty long audio but that way it's just a long audio and not, you know, a behemoth.
If anyone can help me go at this thing with a chainsaw, I would really appreciate it so much.
I'm sharing the file as a google doc because it's so much easier to edit when in that format and at this stage of the process, ease is my friend.
