Hi ScriptGuild! Kicking off the new year with a script that's very different from my usual sweet and wholesome style, even when there's angst involved. I absolutely love historical romance because it's not enough to say "I love you" in this genre. Instead it's "You have bewitched me body and soul, and I love you. And I wish from this day forth never to be parted from you" leaving you absolutely wrecked. I wanted to try my hand at this writing style but with a yandere twist. This is also my first F4M script, so I challenged myself in a few ways with this one!

Summary
Speaker and Listener are both royals of different countries, and they managed to have a secret relationship up until the Listener was announced as engaged to another royal. The Speaker is determined to talk to the Listener in person and get a full explanation, and there is no better opportunity than the annual Masquerade Ball. What was supposed to be a simple, private conversation turns out to be much more complicated…
