An orc girl approaches you while you sit on a bench, and asks if the seat beside you is taken. She'd like to ask you a question and - wait - hasn't this happened before??
This is an alternate take on my first script, which answers the question: "what if the listener was telling the truth, and really did have a 'boyfriend'?" It let me explore a fun new angle on the characters' interactions, as well as re-take a few lines I liked that were cut from the original. It echoes some similar beats, but it's like 90% new writing. Turns out a small detail can cause some big changes 👀
