This multi-episode/single-universe story reflects a female perspective/gaze (emphasis on relationship, connection, sensuality, emotion, intimacy, pleasure), and is focused on mental health (role-modeling consent, safety & trust, respect, communication, boundary-setting, discussion of STIs & protection, gender & sexual orientation identity & expression, sex & body positivity, inclusivity, healing from trauma).
The premise of this episode is that Wander Woman is offering the listener character (her partner & fiancé, Big Bear) a strip tease and lap dance, but switches roles every few songs. This plays on the fact that BB is two-spirit and they are both switches.
BB is Plains Cree First Nation, with a taller & larger body type than WW. WW is French-Canadian and is shorter & smaller in stature than BB. They are monogamous and engaged to be married.
