How can I find a beta reader?

Post Body

Title pretty much says it. I still feel fairly new at this writing thing, and I tend to get a bit insecure when the time comes to actually post a finished script. One of the things that makes me feel better is getting a beta read from someone else. I usually post a preliminary draft on the script guild, but I only occasionally get an answer from someone. I have a few friends here, but I always feel like I'm imposing when I throw scripts at them.

What do you folks recommend? Is there a better way to get hold of an editor? Or what do you do instead when you get the pre-release worries about something you made?

EDIT: For the record, I usually do post an "Early Access" version of the script to the Script Guild, but when I do so, I'm lucky to get any responses.
