When I was approached to join in on the GWAB James Bond theme songbook in celebration of the newest movie's release, I immediately requested THE original James Bond theme song, "Goldfinger."

And then I realized exactly what I'd done...

Vixen, did you really just commit yourself to covering a bloody Shirley Bassey song?!?! Are you ACTUALLY mad?! Dame Shirley herself said she nearly passed out while recording it! How on earth do you think you're going to be able to pull this off?

Well, my darlings, I'll let you be the judge as to whether I did or not!
