Performers: How do you practically handle a script when recording it?
Post Body

This is maybe a niche question, but it touches on a common event that I have many ideas and prejudices about but very little actual insight into.

Basically: between the moment you decide that you're going to perform a script and to the point where it is performed, what happens to the script text? Do you save a link, do you save it on Reddit, do you bookmark it, do you copy the text, do you rearrange it, do you reformat it, does it end up in an app or web service, do you print it out, do you annotate it? How do each of those steps look? How do you view the script as you're recording? Are there bits in the script itself that makes it easier or harder to do?
