I just saw this questionnaire and thought it would be fun to answer, so shout out to u/UntiringTire and u/Midnight_Pamper for making these questions! So here we go…
What is a noise you love? When hearing it, how does it make you feel?
I love the sound of when cats purr. Sadly, I have no pet cats at the moment, but when I did, I always felt a my heart melt when they would purr while I was holding themÂ
On the contrary, is there a noise that never fails to irritate you?
I hate the sound of bugs buzzing around. I have a slight phobia of bugs, so if I hear them buzzing and flying around near me, I get paranoid and I will quickly go to another room and close the door until I feel comfortable again.
What's a sensation that gives you goosebumps? Does it need to be in a certain context?
Running my hands over the cover of one of my books. Usually it's when there's part of the cover that is a slightly different texture than the rest of the cover (does that make sense?) If it's a new book I usually keep running my hand over it for a while.
Do you have a piece of clothing that's extra special to you? What about it makes it unique?
I have a lot of hand-me-down tee shirts from my grandma. Some have her name on it, some are her old work shirts, and some are just normal shirts. They're oversized on me but when I wear them I feel like a part of her is still around. We were very close and I think about her everyday.
What food do you like or would you like to share with someone else? What about this food makes sharing it so fun?
Pocky! I remember the first time I tried it at school and I remember one of my first thoughts being 'Wow, this tastes like a KitKat in stick form! I need to save some for mom to try!' I think they're very sharable because you get a lot in the box and they're quite easy to snack on.
What is your go-to snack or treat to regain your energy after being naughty?
Really any fruit. Apple, pineapple, watermelon, banana, pear. I don't really have a preference but it's almost always fruit.
Is there a food you are really craving right now? If not, what is one that you crave often?
I could really go for some cheddar cheese on some crackers.
Are there any recurring themes or situations in your dreams? Why do you think they keep happening and what do they mean?
Not so much recently, but I've had a single dream's storyline continue in two other dreams. This was when I was like 12 or something, basically in the dream a boy similar to Peter Pan wanted to take me to Neverland and my parents didn't approve. As for what this means? I believe I watched the 2003 Peter Pan movie far too much and had a crush on the actor.
Has something strange happened to you while you were sleeping? Was it scary, sexy, funny?
I still think about this moment all the time and can not really understand it. Basically I was a sophomore in high school, and I was about to go to bed (keep in mind I'm not really tired at all but I had school and needed to at least try to sleep.) The second my head hits the pillow and I close my eyes I hear a man whisper 'psst, it's me' in my ear. It was so real I didn't move because I was afraid someone was in my room. My window was closed, my door was closed, and I did not recognize the voice at all. It was probably my mind's imagination freaking me out but still, it was super creepy.
Are you a nap person? Do they make you feel energized or do they mess you up?
I only really take naps if I pulled an all-nighter the previous night or got very little sleep. I feel much better afterwards.
Anyway, thanks for reading my answers and hope you enjoyed getting to know me a bit more!
