Writer’s aftercare?

Post Body

Hi... I just wrote and posted something really dark, like non con rape kind of dark in the form of a script, and I don’t know how I feel about it... do any of you other writers and performers find yourselves in need of some kind of aftercare when you have portrayed or experimented with fiction that goes very much against your real life values? I’m like worried about how people will react to it, if they will take offense... what do you do to get out of that darkness that you yourself created?

Thanks for being welcoming and supporting!
