Apologies in advance if this isn't the correct subreddit for my query, but I'm afraid I didn't really know where else to post it...

For the past week or so, I haven't been able to access any GWA audios via the Reddit App, as the sound files don't seem to be loading on Soundgasm (sorry if I'm not quite using the right terminology here, I'm afraid I'm not a techie... ;)) Essentially, whenever I click on an audio link, it opens up a Soundgasm window (with large 'play' and 'pause' buttons visible), but the audio itself doesn't seem to load; the length of the audio doesn't appear (indicating that it hasn't loaded), therefore repeatedly pressing 'play' is of no help at all. I was wondering whether it might simply be a case of certain audio files loading exceptionally slowly, but this seems unlikely as it happens every time, and the file remains inaccessible, even after a good few minutes' wait.

Has anyone else ever experienced this problem, and/or know how to resolve it, please? Any and all suggestions would be most welcome :)
