Can yall share tips for believable simulated sexy sounds?

I'm super new and a lot of scripts call for cunnilingus sounds, blow job sounds etc.
How do yall make that sound so authentic?? Just practice or is there something specific you do, or props you use to make it sound so good?
I think I feel silly practicing it cause so far my practice attempts just sound so... not good. Like, just bad.
I just imagine myself trying my damnest and listeners are like "...wtf is that sound? Is she chewing gum? What on earth is happening"
