I wanted to say a whole lot more with this post, but it was 5 paragraphs, and a lot of it was either too much personal information, or pretentious ramblings that made me sound like an edgelord. ive posted the full thing on my profile for anyone whos curious, but in short I was in a bad place a year ago. I chose this song because the lyrics are on point. "Riding high in April, shot down in May". I was riding high for the first time since I can remember last April, and after one rather unpleasant night in may, a chain of events led to me being left in an incredibly dark place. and since I began posting on GWA, I've met numerous people who are kinder and more understanding than most people ive known throughout my life. not everyone, but hey, we're all still human. not to mention the fact that how many people actually want to listen to my voice. MINE. MY VOICE. close to a thousand people have cum to listen to me, the quiet autistic outsider, and actually ENJOYED IT!! (unless they were just being nice), I cant repay what this community has done for me, but I'll damn well try!!! so truly, thank you so much!!!
